Ah the sour lemons!! Sometimes the subject of a challenge at the dinner table to see you can eat a slice of lemon without making a face :) - Lemons the base of a great pasta sauce, soups and awesome marinates!


These bright yellow fruits are incredible and are high in vitamin C, fiber and various beneficial plant compounds. These nutrients are responsible for the health benefits of lemons. In fact, lemons may support heart health, weight control, digestive health and more. Here are a few ways lemons have these benefits.
