Once you have booked your appointment, you will be sent a detailed questionnaire, along with a food diary.  Both of these need to be completed and e-mailed to me in advance of your appointment.

 

Your initial consultation will last around 1 hour.  We will focus on your reason/s for coming to me and devise a plan together for you to follow to help address the cause/s.  The plan will consist of nutrition, lifestyle and possibly supplement recommendations, depending on need.  I may also recommend some testing in order to gain a more detailed picture.

 

You will receive a copy of these recommendations, along with any appropriate supporting information e.g. handouts and recipes by the next working day.

 

Follow up appointments usually take place every 4 weeks, depending on individual circumstances, and they will last around 30 minutes.

 

Skype and telephone consultations are available.

Packages also available 

If you have a complex health concern you would like me to help you with, I strongly suggest a package and commitment from both sides.  This is to ensure you have the support you need to achieve you goals and I have the joy and satisfaction of watching you achieve them and seeing your improved wellbeing.

Please discuss this with me at the outset.  The package will depend on your goals.  E.g. if your goal is weight loss, I may suggest a 6 month commitment with monthly consultations and weekly motivational calls in between to help to keep you on track and address any challenges along the way.

Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice must be given if you wish to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise 50% of the service fee will be payable.

 

Failure to attend an appointment without notice, will result in 100% of the fee being charged.
